Vichit Studio - Galleries & Studios in Chiang Mai

Vichit Studio is the art gallery of Khun Vichit Chaiwong, one of Thailand's most celebrated artists. Born and bred in San Kamphaeng, Chiang Mai, Khun Vichit has specialized in Still life, Landscape and Portrait paintings. A side of Khun Vichit slightly less well known is that he has worked for many years as an Interior Designer.
Vichit Studio is located at the artist's home in San Kamphaeng in a glorious rural setting. Surrounding the studio are beautiful gardens including the "Garden of Sculpture". The views from Vichit Studio are breathtaking and Khun Vichit hopes that people who visit will enjoy not only his art works but will also be enchanted by the natural beauty of the surroundings.
Vichit Studio, apart from the artist's own works, displays the work of some of his fellow artists. Available now at Vichit Studio is Khun Vichit's new book "Vichit Chaiwong - Life and Works" with photographs of his work from 1969.

Vichit Studio is open 9am - 5pm (Closed Mondays) and Entry is free.
